Fall 2026: Semiconductor Fabrication and Emerging Technologies (CSE 400-M002 / CSE 691-M002)
This course introduces the fundamentals of semiconductor fabrication processes, and discusses how these processes come together to build modern semiconductor devices such as transistors and memories. The course further explores emerging semiconductor materials and technologies beyond physical limits of traditional silicon scaling.
