09/2025 – Dr. Zhang has been selected for the NSF I-Corps training program and received travel funding to attend SEMICON West 2025 in Phoenix, AZ. Representing the Z-SCALE Lab, he looks forward to bridging next-generation semiconductor innovations with commercial needs and exploring potential collaborations with industrial partners.

08/2025 – Our Z-SCALE Lab website is now online, and we look forward to sharing our research and updates here. Currently, we are seeking motivated graduate and undergraduate students to join the lab in Spring or Fall 2026. If you are interested, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Dr. Zhang (tyzhang@syr.edu)!

04/2025 – Dr. Zhang will be joining the EECS department at Syracuse University as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Spring 2026. He is excited to build a dynamic and interdisciplinary research team and contribute to the SU community!
